Welcome to FixYourBike! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our motorcycle repair services in Hyderabad.

1. Services Offered

FixYourBike provides the following premium services:

• Comprehensive motorcycle repairs and diagnostics
• Engine tuning and mechanical overhauls
• Electrical system repairs and upgrades
• Scheduled maintenance services
• Brake and suspension system servicing
• Free pickup & dropoff service across Hyderabad

2. Booking and Appointments

• Accurate motorcycle details (make, model, year) must be provided
• Appointments are confirmed based on technician availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
• Same-day emergency services available at premium rates

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash payments
• Additional charges apply for:
  • Non-standard parts replacement
  • After-hours services (10PM-6AM)
  • Extended pickup/dropoff distances

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations without penalty
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) incur ₹500 fee
• No-shows may result in requirement of advance payment for future bookings

5. Liability

• Not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• Pre-existing conditions must be disclosed prior to service
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

6. Warranty

• 90-day warranty on labor for most repairs
• Parts warranties vary by manufacturer (typically 6-12 months)
• Warranty void if:
  • Unauthorized modifications are made
  • Service is performed by non-authorized technicians
  • Normal wear-and-tear items (tires, chains, etc.)

7. Pickup & Dropoff Service

• Free within 1km radius of our workshop
• ₹500/km charge beyond standard service area
• Vehicle must be accessible and keys provided
• After-hours pickup (9PM-6AM) incurs ₹300 surcharge

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate service history and known issues
• Remove all personal belongings before service
• Ensure vehicle has minimum 1/4 tank fuel for diagnostics

9. Changes to Terms

FixYourBike reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or SMS.
